Registration Terms

Eating Out in Somerset is a web based guide has been designed to increase awareness of and display detailed information on 'Places to Eat', 'Entertainment Venues' and 'Local Producers' in Somerset only. Various registration options for the different categories are available, to get more information on these options please complete the Registration enquiry form.

For venues that fall into more than one category, only one registration fee will be payable.

Maintenance

There are a number of maintenance options available, they are designed to suit venues with different requirements. By choosing either option 1 or 2 below, any details regarding information that you would like to share with Eatingout Club members i.e. 2 for 1 offers etc, will be sent to the members via email and/or SMS, see the Eatingout Club page for full details. The various maintenance options are as follows;

Option 1

Is for those venues who anticipate changing details on their page on the web site at least once a month, typical changes might include; changes to facilities, menus, specials, profile, pictures, owner/landlord, chef etc. Venues choosing this option are not restricted to only one change per month, they may make as many charges as they deem necessary.

Option 2

For venues that anticipate changing details on their page on the web site twice a quarter.

Option 3

This option is for venues that don't anticipate making any regular changes to the information on their page on the web site and opt to make changes on an ad hock basis. The fee each time they make a change will depend on the amount of time involved in making the changes.

Option 4

For venues that choose option 3 but would like to have us pass information of their special offers, events etc to our Eatingout Club members.

These maintenance fees will only come into effect a month after the official launch of the web site.
